I'm not gutting my car like you Anil. It's cool to look at but I couldn't live with it.I want black interior but there are so many pieces needed. It would be more time consuming and more expensive than I want to deal with.

Ty....i was not suggesting gutting your car....you can just get front racing seats....and buy rear BLACK seats....so most of your parts are covered 
then just ask how ERIC got red interiors (leather/vinyl paint ?) and do the same (in black) on your door's inside....

Tyler, text me if you are serious or ran into some money...I met a guy through craigslist that buys crashed TL's and sells them...he was trying to sell me a full black type S interior for $1700...I'm sure you could talk him down...I mean, FULL interior.

The seats and the dash pieces are my main concern. I could paint the doors and wrap the middle pieces and the headliner with suede.
