Tyler gets 3 members to come over and install coils. Sits back and enjoys a pina colada while pretending his back has given out on him.
If I didn't know any better, Tyler Brunswick Manischewitz and Steven Bartholomeu Bell were one and the same person.

He hit up Bojangles with Mitzi (she drove) and he went home and fell asleep on the couch. TL left parked on the street.

Don't we have to drive the car so suspenions get settled?

Everything yesterday went fairly smoothly minus a diagnosis of a noise coming from the front right shock. It was fixed and I soon took it for a drive around Roger's neighborhood.
A combination of speed, angle, and near full-lock of the steering wheel resulted in this:
Luckily Roger had a heat gun with some basic rolling equipment so we got it back to normal. After that I wasn't too pleased. I wasn't sure if I should raise the car a half inch or so, remove the spacers, or drive like a grandma.
I drove it to Mitzi's and realized there was a huge gouge in my front left tire. Literally chunks of rubber were sliced from the edge of the tire wall. They are still attached but can be removed with a simple pull. Either that's from the incident pictured and described above or it's from pulling into the neighborhood.
I'm still trying to get the dampening set how I want but as of right now it's not exactly comfortable. Tolerable? Yes, but that's about it. I'm just trying to get used to it.
I had a bitch of a time getting into my driveway last night. I was dumb and waited to do it when it was dark so I couldn't make reference points of where and how to swing it in from this point forward. The side skirts didn't scrape but the front sounded horrendous.
The car badly needs an alignment; I have to hold the wheel about 20 degrees to the left just to go straight. I hope to make an appointment for Tuesday since I have to leave for school and work on Wednesday.
A few pictures were taken yesterday just to show how the car sits. I'll be uploading those shortly. I love how the car looks but as of right now, the install was the easiest part.

They aren't worse per se, they are just different. Luckily I can adjust them to my liking, I just haven't found the perfect setting yet.
I'm posting a picture to FB while waiting for the others to upload to Flickr. Don't post that picture here you bastards
I meant to do this in my last post but I want to thank Roger for helping out with everything yesterday. He did the bulk of the work, doing much more than was necessary including adjusting camber and toe, as well as letting us use his gorgeous garage. And big thanks to Daniel who drove an hour and a half from Greensboro to attend C&C with me and help with the install. I couldn't have done it without you fellas. I truly appreciate the help
Like I said, pictures will be up in a bit. Flickr is slow this morning.

Here's a brief recap of the install yesterday. Installing the coils took maybe 3-4 hours, with the rears giving us the most trouble. The other time was spent adjusting camber and toe, as well as fixing a creaking noise in the front right.
OMG dat garage...
And finally...
THIS bitch
And a super edited one for Anil
Not the best pictures but I figured something was better than nothing. I'm hoping to take a few more today.
