Thanks Steven! Here's a little update. Over break I repainted my XM antenna. It had been two years since I did it and it was looking pretty damn rough:
The next day my girlfriend and I washed her car...
Random picture of my car once it was cleaned up. You can see mah girl cheesin' in the passenger seat...
I finally cleaned the interior too...
WHY DOES THIS CALIPER KEEP RUSTING!?!?!?!
And just some randoms...
Got bored in LR and edited the shiet out of these two...
I took these for a thread that someone created about what tire size to run on A-Specs...
Damn rock

And I have something coming in the mail today or tomorrow

I'm in love with the lens. The depth and detail is exactly what I wanted. Shooting the car in direct sunlight was a pain but then again I didn't have my UV filter on yet. I look forward to using the lens more

and also, I told you that simply using the dremel to remove the rust would do nothing but give the rust a fresh new surface to cling to and come back immediately. Need to do it again, paint with a rust inhibitor/primer and high temp paint. Dammit.

Oh hai. Thanks everyone! J, I'll be ordering caliper paint soon! I'll probably clean them off again and paint them black. As for the exhaust, I want the inside of the tips to be black but paint doesn't stick. Should I clean and polish them instead?

No updates on the car unfortunately. I'll go ahead and spill the beans that I was going to have JnC do a set of headlights for me but I decided to get the lens instead. As much as I want a new car, I'm sure I'll have the TL long enough to have him do a set of lights for me

In case you were wondering why I decided to get a new lens, this is what I've been using for over two years...
And in full attack mode at 250mm...
It's been a great lens, I'll never get rid of it, but it's never been great at capturing fine details. I wanted to get a prime lens so I could get close to things without sacrificing quality. Here's the new toy...
The first two pictures were taken with the 35mm and the last one with the 18-250. All three pictures were edited in the same manner, yet there's clearly a quality/crispness difference. Well worth the moola
