to be honest with u, it looks a bit weird...for me...kinda got used to it afterward...and it really depends on the color of the LED...i ordered 2 different leds (6led and 9led) and they have different blue. also the blue can vary with different camera with different white balance setting and exposure.

one more thing, if u notice the driver and passenger seat, the color is different becuase it's different white led...passenger one has more purple tint on it sumhow. it's more noticeable with longer expoursure.

i will try and take some pics with all blue leds next thusday when i'm home
if you dind't want the "more purple tint" on that passenger side LED, you shouldu contact Brian.. he will replace it for you for free..

i had same issue, he replaced it for free of charge

I agreed that you are hotter than the car, right up until I saw that picture of you with the Elton John windshields over your eyes. Was that Haloween? I'm surprised your Guido hasn't painted "x"'s on the lenses, buried them in concrete, and dropped them in the Potomac. Those are HIDEOUS!

Oakley is a customer of mine, I bet I can get you a discount, PLEASE!

That is a really nice and simple mod...I actaully just looked at yours and placed the order... ...but I noticed that on http://www.tec-toyz.com/individual/921.html they mention that "Can also replaced 168/194 bulbs with proper clearance." Does this mean that you have to cut away some thing to get that fit in?

I have the 9LED bulbs in:

1. Map Lights
2. Rear Dome Lights
3. Reverse Lights
4. License Plate Bulbs
5. Trunk Light
6. Door Lights

I did not have to trim anything or cut anything away, simply pull and place.

Good luck!

Steve

You have to file the led down to fit in the center console and the glovebox

For my quartz interior I went with hyper-white map and dome lights, blue for the door courtesy lights. The light from the "white" bulbs looks blue (similar to the headlights). The color is just right and I think the white will pay off if I actually need to read a map or a speeding ticket or something.

Brian at TechToyz was great to deal with.

Yeah I did,

The trunk light should just pop off with a butterknife or your fingernail if I remember correctly

Hey Xtin, i got mine from Brian as well, just wondering what your opinion is of the rear view lights, if you changed them, feel like mine is way too dim. also one of the license plate lights have started to flicker(waiting on a response from Brian)

How much brighter is tec-toyz 6 led bulbs than the normal stock lights? I think that the 9 bulb might be too bright for my tastes. Anyone had the 6 led ones?
