After waiting over a month, the car I've been meaning to buy was delivered this morning!
She's a 2007 BMW 335i w/ the sports, convenience and winter packages. Previous owner was an older gentleman and also a car enthusiast. This was his daily driver. It was was a sweet deal and I just couldn't say no!

For those who are interested, my car was tinted at The Tint Shop out in Great Neck, LI (http://longislandpaintprotection.com...ct/?page_id=23). The owner's name is Joe and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him and his prices are pretty fair. He uses 3M FX Pro tints and mine came out great. No bubbles whatsoever. A lot of the Bimmer guys in the area get their tints done by him.

heard from my uncle as well...he had a 325ci (convertible) and when he was selling it, I wanted to buy the car and he told me, "i will just give it to you, but you will regret it"
he then got an Audi A6 with Sline package and he has the same high maintenance issues with the car as well....I think am gonna stay forever imports....

Still in the process of trying to part out my car. A huge part of me doesn't want to part her out! 
On the other hand.. I've done a few things to the 335i if you guys are interested.
Earlier this month, she had the turbos replaced under warranty because of the infamous wastegate rattles. Once I got her back I had a few things done:
Blacked out kidney grilles
& M3 Wheels. I found them for a steal.. and had to pick it up. I originally wanted 19s but I could fit beefier tires on the 18s, so I went that route instead.
So far, I'm pretty happy with how she sits. This should keep me happy for a while.
