YAH! Those RE 30's look real nice. I can't get wheels yet because I can't decide. I know if I wait much longer, I might as well wait to order Volks this winter. If I can't decide I will just get Tein SS and lower an inch or so. Then tint, etc. I got the A-Spec pkg last week for my ASM 07 TL-S. I like it.

I got a question!!!! (Question from a newb!)

But yeah, how come I've seen some Progressive ME's have a little concave on the rear rim?

I don't get it, concaved is curved in, and convexed is curved out like your wheels.

volk sells their wheels in two different phases...or faces...forget what they're called...and i forget which one is which...but you can buy them more concaved in, but it's for only specific offsets and widths. usually RWD cars use the more concaved wheels...

mr. almeida; I have a Rays product guide and don't see that wheel and size in a +33 offset. In 19 x8.5" the closest is +29 and +35 offset. Unless they make more then listed in their book. I was interested because that wheel is on my small list. They look real classy! I see they are Premium Mold Form Forged. Does that mean they are quite expensive compared to the GT series? May I ask how much you payed? When I talked to somebody today who sells Rays/Volks, etc he said a +43 offset would be good for my 07 TL-S. I don't know. I guess you got a smaller offset to clear the Brembo's more. How much room do you have by the Brembo's. Thankyou mr. almeida.

I'm sorry I made an error the wheels are a +35 Offset, but I was thinking of my other Volks, which are a +33. To be honest the main reason I went with the +35 offset is because it was in stock. The Progressive ME's aren't as expensive as the GT's IMO. I bought mine with Kuhmo MX tires, mounted and balanced, with lugnuts for $3,100 not to mention that includes shipping. I used to have a G35 and I believe I spent $3,600 for those 19" GT-C's w/ Toyo T1R tires. The Brembos have plenty of room and sit comfortably. Oh yea I looked the wheel and it says SPEC 2 I'm not sure if that's a different face.

The only width of rim with face II and 19" is 9.5" & 10.5". You can get face II in an 18"x 8.5" with +22,+29,+36 offsets. This is from "Rays All Product Guide" Not from my knowledge.

You have the perfect offset in the fronts. Can't say the same for the rears though. Put a spacer in the back to make the wheels sit flush with the fender.
