I know it's been awhile... So let me post some updated pictures. I cleaned up the car and decided to really polish and clean up the engine bay since it collects a good amount of dust. I also nailed a decent sized pothole taking out one of my Work VS-XX rim with a bend on the outside lip. I took them off for the season and went back to A-specs for now. The Kia is still doing great and has racked 10K in miles since it was purchased. We went to Niagara Falls recently with the KIA and got an amazing 35 MPG. 7 hour (Traffic included) 370+ miles we made it with 3/4 tank of gas. We are heading off to Myrtle beach for a little vacation time this weekend.
Here are some current photos, I don't post much of anything new but enjoy!

Lol you've literally done all that i've been planning to do for a while!
I pretty much want to do the same but without the body kit since Utah roads would kill it pretty fast and eventually build my own CF hood and front quarter panels. Then do some weight reduction and relocate the battery to the trunk. May even replace the sunroof to drop the weight. All in good time I guess.

Oh and this is what I meant. Look at the wiperblades on your car. Look at the parts you've put on. Not BS no cheap ebay crap, you took the time and saved to invest. You drive hard but its not careless crap because you made the investment and you're protecting it by being careful.
Took me 6 months to find my volks and I take care of them like crazy and it took a good 6 months to find the TL too. The investment of time and money automatically makes people care a little more. That's why when people can't be bothered to spend on quality parts I can tell automatically that they don't give a crap about their car and the condition its in. Keeping it clean isn't enough if you don't care to be mechanically sympathetic.
People that spend on the cheapest replacement parts don't care because its a cheap fix and there's no vested interest. Why should I care when its a cheap car. You automatically do when you spend the bills to treat it right. Small things that go a long way!

Back from the Dead.
VS-XX back on after getting new bigger lips in the front and a 2 step custom powder coating finish done. My fiance got her wheels re-finished as well. I installed some 15MM rear spacers, now the back wheels stick out to match the fronts. I don't have any pics of the car with the spacers on. I bought the high flow cats with cermaic coating and the high flow 3rd cat. What a huge improvement!

Looking good.
I thought with FI you should avoid having the primary cats.....something about burning them up and possibly getting something sucked back into motor. I am not sure about it as i'm no expert on FI but that what i've heard form a couple different sources.
Anyways just thought i would give you a heads up in case you havent heard that before.
Car is looking great.

1. I HATE RASP. I can't deal with it nor will I ever stand for making my exhaust sound raspy.
2. Ceramic coating has great benefits especially ones with boosted or supercharged applications.
3. The design seems more legit than pre-cat deletes. I know some versions cracked and I wanted to avoid that at all cost.
4. NJ Inspection still checks for a cats. I need them to look stock.
I know you have done much more than I have in terms of the blower and running it better. I roughly put about 2,000 miles a year on my TL. I also use 100 octane unleaded sunoco gasoline to help with any sort of ping issue. I admire your TL and all the hard work you have done.
High flow precats are 200 Cell and a precate delete is 0-1 cell. The 200 cell has been debated on performance gains and that of 1 hp more. As for a supercharged setup, some members have mixed feelings on precat deletes or high flows. I decided to make the investment and go with high flow 200 cell cats and got them ceramic coated.

Thank you buddy! It's a custom 2 step color done by need powder coating. The original XG- Extreme Gold faded. I've had these wheels now for 6-7 years.
Thank you Steven!
Thank you buddy! He did an amazing job on your wheels are well. I had a few issues of them not holding air so I had to take them back a couple of times to get them re-sealed. I agree, cleaning these wheels totally suck. My lips weren't cleared before getting them refinished. I had to hand polish them every time. Now they are cleared.

You still want them
