Update:
I had to remove the blower after 200 miles of use. It seems that the lovely UPS guy dropped it on the front by the main pulley and pushed the shaft in just enough to misaligned the belt and cause a vibration at 3K. Most likely the coupler is damaged.. Magnuson who makes the blowers for comptech is currently inspecting it and going to do the repair. Glad that NATE (CT-ENG) and Josh (XLR8) are helping me out with this, they been amazing! The blower will be shipped back to me and installed maybe next week sometime. I miss hearing the whine

Wow, that sucks, man...are you putting in a claim with fedex? They're pretty good about getting things resolved if you have everything documented, like a statement from the builder of the product stating it had to have been dropped in transit. Unless it's being fixed for free, in which case...why waste time.

Gus, long time no see. You car is sick bro. Can you believe after all this time I still have never seen it in person? Anyways I am actually moving out of state next week. Thanks for all your help and keep up the amazing work on your car. I wish I could take a ride in it to feel the SC. IMO the only thing you need is to change your interior to ebony and your car would be perfect!

Yes sir, I was a member there for a long time. Got a lot of hate because I purchased a "Honda" . Welcome to Acurazine buddy!
hahaha, after I looked at the install, I was like man this is cake... I still have the battery setup and coolant hose still installed from the s/c. I left them there since i'm going to reinstall it all. All I need is another 2 hours to completely put it to stock. I called Magnuson today, they inspected some of the blower but will be putting up on a test machine, results come in Monday. I have nothing else to do but clean up SNOW SNOW SNOW till then..

yeah the east coast got hit bad this time....when i was there for 2 winters, the rule of thumb was "1 blizzard dumping 15" or more every year".....both year, the blizzard didnt disappoint....
I love living in places as you can enjoy all 4 seasons....yeah we crib about it when the snow wont stop, but gotta love summer time as people know its only gonna last 5-6 months and go all out

UPDATE:
Big shout out to NATE @ CT, JOSH @ EXCELERATE and DAVID @ Magnuson, these guys have outstanding customer service and have fully helped me with the blower issue. I got extremely lucky... the blower was damaged during shipping. It was dropped on the front pulley which bent the shaft enough to cause a bad vibration at 3-4K and some nasty noise. Thankfully the shaft didn't move in enough to break the rotor gears and or case. David had put the blower through a vigorous test, in which they ran 15 PSI of boost out of the blower. The rotor blades and housing was in great condition. They are making me a new replacement shaft, with new bearings and fluid. I shall be reboosted late next week.

UPDATE:
Blower shaft was replaced with a new unit, fresh fluid and new bearings. Tested and shipped out yesterday!! I should be reunited once again tomorrow sometime. Hopefully they didn't damage any of the paint on the blower housing.. If it's all good to go installation will be very soon. I shall WHINE once again.
