I would love to! However, I've been avoiding that 100K mark. I'm at 98,120

What's wrong with the A-specs?

I've been a technician for 10 years and worked at two different Acura Dealerships as a certified technician. Not due for the 105K, the engine was replaced about 45K ago. While it was replaced the heads got re-adjusted, timing belt parts all replaced and new oil pump. Since then I have also replaced my motor mounts and installed new oem clutch with the flywheel. All I need now is to fix my blue tooth unit and rebuild the power steering pump.

Bring this thread back from the dead. Did a winter wax prep on the TL this weekend. Light polishing, white wax and collinite 845 wax sealer. I'm currently at 99,085. Closing that 100K mark. It was a gloomy day for photos, A-specs going on very soon.

Thanks J. I've put about 1,500 miles on the car this year. Trying to avoid hitting 100K for the longest time. In 2015 my TL turns 11 years old. I remember back in late 2006 buying this car. How time has flown by. I should meet up with Chip and take some photos.

No Chip pictures! That car doesn't exist anymore!

Yeah, I know the feeling, man...this car was built in August of 2003! I just hit 107K. Driving nice and strong though, so I wouldn't sweat it.

Something about hitting that 100K doesn't settle well with me.

Here's to another year with the TL

Nahh man you shouldn't worry about that..... leave that to the BMW drivers to worry about the 100k mark.
You have a Honda, you should worry about going over 250k mark

Super late response, sorry

They are bent. 10 years old, 140k+ miles, many unavoildable potholes, and being powdercoated twice has really done a number on them. I can't let them go so I need to have them fixed. Thankfully all of the bends are on the inner part of the barrel, so they won't look any different after it's done.

Your car looks effing fantastic as always. What a beauty

No worries buddy! I hope all is well. How's the wedding planning coming along? We still have some things left to do but won't start on them till 2015 comes. I hear you on the wheels. They will be able to fix them and hopefully won't need to powder coat them again.

Happy new years. Bumping my thread to the top.

A-specs are back on with wheel spacers. That's all I've done to the car.

Dude I'm so sorry I never replied!

The wedding planning is going well! The venue is booked and basically everything is done other than picking out the food and music. How's everything with yours going?

Hey buddy!! no worries buddy, we all get busy. Everything is alright, just stressed a bit. We already did a lot of things but still need to finish up. Still a lot of payments left to make. My car has been buried in snow which is why I haven't taken any pictures yet. I wish it was warmer out so I can clean off the TL and take some pics. You guys excited about the wedding?!

Thank you very much man! Keep doing you buddy, keep your head up high like I said in your thread. Remember, a new modification sure puts a smile on your face, just saying..

Thanks! Welcome to Acurazine!

On a side note, someone brushed up against the wife's car at her job.. Lightly brushed up against the front bumper on the drivers far side. It broke the tabs on the bumper and left some paint off the bumper on the edge. The body shop said the bumper is worthless without the tabs. I ended up not going through insurance since a bumper cover and paint was less than her deductible. Just waiting for the body shop to finish it.

Yes it was. No worries. Her bumper should be ready today or tomorrow. Then I can start on swapping everything over The winter in North NJ has been terrible. It's the ice that's causing the issues for motorist. My TL has literally sat in the driveway for the past month and hasn't moved. I don't dare take my car out in this crap.

I drive a 2007 ML350 Mercedes the silver one you see on my instagram account. The Mercedes is nice, its solid for what it is. It also suffered the notorious valve body failure which was big bucks to fix. Has a few electrical issues that come and go but expected with a German vehicle.
