Where the heck is the air filter?
Where the heck is the air filter?
I'm no mechanic, but thought I could actually swap out the factory with a K&N myself.
Only problem is that I could not find the darn thing. Any help would be appreciated.
I saw in another thread that it might be that I have to remove the front wheel and wheel cover. Is this true?
Thanks in advance for replys.

no u don't have to remove the front wheel and cover. u know that big metal looking thing with "VTEC 3.2L" that's written on it in the engine bay...that's the throttle body. look at the right side of the engine bay and you'll see a black rectangular plastic box with a large crimped rubber hose that connects to the right side of the throttle body, that's the engine air filter box.
u need to unscrew like 4 screws to take the top off of the air filter box. u will be loosening the top of the box and then u just drop the k&n filter right in and rescrew the air filter box. should take about 20 minutes.
