What is "a complete cutout" exhuast???

What is "a complete cutout" exhuast??? I saw it on youtube and it sounded very nice.

I think stillhere is doing it. Basically its a tube that branches from the middle of your exhaust (where the midmuffler, etc goes) and it opens allowing the exhaust gasses to be released much faster and sooner rather than traveling all the way through the exhaust.

Your def going to want an electronically controlled cutout. It will be insanely loud spilling out near the j-pipe - like, immediate ticket loud - and it will probably modify your torque curve in a way that won't be fun stop light to stop light.
