Throttle Body Spacer

Quick Questions, I tried researching 1st, but I am having problems with the search bar, also tried google search. Is it worth getting one? Will it work with a CAI also? it states up to 22 HP, but I highly doubt close to that much maybe 3-5HP? any thoughts?
Thx in Advance

Heres the Ad:
  • Delivers up to 22 HP and 25 ft. lbs. of torque
  • Boost gas mileage by up to 4 MPG
  • T-6061 aluminum construction
  • Easy bolt-on installation in approximately 45 minutes
  • Tested on SuperFlow air bench and DynoJet
  • 50-state street legal (CARB #D516-2)
We think you'll agree, dollar for dollar there is nothing on the market today that can compare.

dollar for dollar it aint worth what they're asking for.

any air tuning is done in the intake manifold and not before it.

our fuel injectors spray fuel and mix air right before it enters the combustion chamber.

so anything before the intake manifold will have no benefit.

This is my experience with the P2R TB spacer on a '06 w/MT.
The only one previous mod was the RV6 V3 J-Pipe (RunFile_004)

RunFile_006 = After P2R TB spacer.

Gain = 1.12hp / 0.68lb.ft.

Do not expect much more.

Although i agree that throttle body spacers do nothing, ive recently installed a intake manifold spacer. And i must say, it didnt quit give noticeable power, but the manifold and everything after it is so cold i can rest my face against it after a drive. So i guess in the summer heatsoak would be much less. So if your gonna get a spacer, i say go with manifold spacer because it keeps more systems cooler, than just the tb.
