Tb and upper intake manifold spacers

Has anyone used the spacers for the tb and upper intake manifold?? Good idea or stay away thanks pete

I use them on the manifold not the TB. Why not use them?

lots of threads on this, just search for it.
- no for TB it does nothing for performance
- manifold is up to you (adds low rpm gains but potential vacuum leak source for some)
