You mean the SRI for the 4G TL?
Why don't you just get an intake that's actually built for your car?
But by looking at pictures, I would say that it would PROBABLY fit. Prepare for mad heat soak though.

The 4G TL intake is different from the 3G TL. The 4G TL has a MAF sensor. If you want a SRI PM me.
