is anybody running these two together and if so, how much hp did you gain by adding the cai? thanks

 

I might have been the first to rig up a custom cold air for the boosted UA6s. Depending upon the design and route of the tubing, as well as the filter element will determine how smooth the air flow into the supercharger will be. I'm not sure if there are any gains but it sure does sound cool!

Do you have a supercharger?

 

lol.... i really don't care too much for sound, what's the use sounding like a beast and runs like a turtle... but anyway, yeah, i have a supercharger.. i was just thinking what mod to get next...thanks

I have it done as well as quite of few of us. it makes the blower 50x's louder and sounds pretty sick.

 

yes, louder, but how much hp gain?

 

^ I felt the HP gain... but it could just be the feeling coming from the louder whine on the blower. how much hp gain.... we don't know. I don't think we'll put it on dyno simply for the AEM CAI mod.............
