The sound won't have any different, on performance you could feel little bit faster(more flow).

hmm well i figure common sense would tell us that by removing the cat that performance and the loudness of the exhaust would both go up even if its very little, i just wanted to see if anyone tried it and noticed it

nope. There are no O2 sensors after that 3rd cat. It will pass without it since it wont throw a code.

Haha I never posted this because I figure people would just flame me anyways about emmissions and what not. I was doing my oil change about 3 weeks ago and I was looking at the 3rd cat... Hmm.... no O2 sensors so it probably wont throw a code.... Bolts before and after so no welding...... Yup, I unbolted it down, busted out the insides and put it back up. I honestly cant tell a difference either way. I figure that it would be more beneficial to those running superchargers. But I am probably throwing a charger on when I get back from Iraq..

Right, I was more making a statement than asking. But that is good to know that no codes in the long run, Thanks.
