how do you know if someone on the list called Richie and got an update? what if someone on the list does have an update(d timeline)....or if things are on track or delayed by a week?

I remember how excited the local member was when he got his and how disappointed he was when he sold his exhaust locally....hell, i helped him transfer the exhaust to the new car....

on the rv6 website it says rich will be out of town till the third im sure we will be updated then but when i last talked to him he said first or second week of may im thinking the later of the two and say sometime next week we should be getting emails

no idea justn. i tried for a few days to get an answer from rich and he hasn't responded yet? it sucks cuz i dont wanna go to a meet without this. HFPC+Jpipe+modded stock exhaust= a baaaaaad sound. I need this true dual to make my car not so embarrassing when i drive

Hey Justin, on a serious note...
I have this thing in my head, right...where I have checklists of sh*t I need to get done or am waiting for. Like, this part I ordered from a site like 3 weeks ago...no emails back to me, nothing stating it's not in stock, NOTHING. For some reason, it gives me solace to go back and email AGAIN, like CHECK, haven't forgotten, I am proactively following up on it even though I don't expect to get any satisfaction from it. (I did call finally yesterday and found out it's out of stock and will ship next week, btw).
I know, I overanalyze everything but it's probably a psychological cue for some to constantly need to ask or check to get an update.

Hey rockstar; i guess what grinds my gears is that we havent fully paid for the exhaust, yet.
We've only "secured our spot" for it with a deposit.

wasn't trying to come off as rushing anything, i wouldn't be in a place to do that anyways as my deposit is probably one of the last few. Just thought id give my answer since it seemed like UA6 asked and then two other members announced their spots. Richie has always been very prompt with his responses to me though i haven't asked anything since i put in my deposit. I'd expect an invoice soon, even if it's the last day of the second week he still would be keeping his word. But damn i'm sooo excited

Honestly, expectation is everything...most people don't mind waiting if they know they're going to.
I agree though, if I was ACTUALLY waiting on this and Rich told me mid May, I'd likely wait till June to even bug him about it.

Although I haven't really heard or know of anyone else that has the 1st batch.

To be very honest....I am just eager for you (no homo...knowning you, you will make it to the National meet and gimme crabs)....
I havent even paid for this....I just love this exhaust and how it sounds and am wanting to hear it on your car....
PS: please tell me you are getting the regular tips and converting to a Type S bumper...so I hope Richie has some new tips coming out for the base versions...

I'm waiting on the type s rear to see what's what...I really want to see what he comes up with and he's supposedly getting a 3D image thingy to make something special for the base guys.
I don't hate the smaller tips, they do fit the opening very well.
If I dont like what he comes up with, I will likely look into type s rear and those 4" Fizzy status tips welded on.
