RV6 complete system = check engine P0430
Last Tuesday, installed complete RV6 system: pcd, j pipe, and true dual. Everything brand new except the pcd's. Code free until today. P0430

did you put the defoulers on the new Pre-Cat deletes? If not, that's why you are getting the code.

Removed negative cable, added coolant to reserve tank, reattached negative cable, and check engine light went away. Ran a few errands and so far so good.

^ As csmeance mentioned, you'll only need 2 defoulers for the sensors right after the cats. The other 2 aren't monitored and won't throw a CEL.

Spent 2 hours under the car working on the front lower sensor. Impossible!
Mechanic used some King Kong torque on the sensors. Couldn't get it to budge. No leverage and no room to use a breaker bar (which was required when I thought I needed to use a defouler for the top sensor).
Looked at the back lower sensor and that one will be impossible as well since the j pipe tube is in the way. And I couldn't see where to disconnect the sensor.
Now that I think about it, the j pipe will need to removed in order to install those defoulers. I'm fine paying the shop to do it but I'll be super pissed if the check engine still comes on after all the trouble…
