Will an intake on a Base tl fit on a Type S?

I assume you are talking about some of the aftermarket brands that do not list their CAI's as available for the TL-S?

Yes, it should fit. I had a friend running an Injen in his 08 TL-S. I helped him install it.

are the throttle bodies the same (size mm) on the base/type S?
