Question for Rotora owners
Question for Rotora owners
Have Rotora Rotors on my 2006 AT TL. Need some help from others who have the same. The first 2 pics are from the rear rotors. Notice the black rubber seal that goes around the hub.

The next 2 pics are from the front Rotors. Notice how there is no rubber seal around the hub and this part has started to rust. I'm I missing this rubber piece in the front or is this the way they are made??

Also what is the best way to get rid of some of this rust that is starting to build? Is there any specific products that i can use?
Thanks

What you can do is tape off the section of the disc face where the pad makes contact and then get some high temp brake paint and spray that section black. Just make sure it doesn't get anywhere where the brake pad touches. Then the oxidation won't build up there.
