This again...............SIGH..............bro you should lurk around and research because this has been answered like every other day.
Anyway, you have to decide on how much you want to spend and if you have read some of the threads than you should know by now that they are all the same. If you want cheap go with ebay like you stated but if you want name brand there are DC Sports, AEM, and others I cant remember ATM. Let me warning you it is a pain in the ass to install this because (first car I ever) have to remove your front bumper to install this plus it makes it easier to work on.

we should comb through all the previous threads regarding CAI and SRI and collect all the useful info we can and put it up as a sticky because these threads are getting ridiculous.

Acura TL's, along with naturally aspirated motors are only going to suck in as much air as a motor can take which is aproximatly 8 psi. Aftermarket systems do very little to change performance. I just deleted the intake resonator and ran new piping to the front vent for cooler air, cost me like $30 bucks at home depot and a piping store.

Just do what others have done : remove the intake resonator ( located in the front bumper ; driver side ) pull all the intake piping that connects to it that goes under the battery . Then take the velocity stack that's behind the battery and attach it to the lower portion of the air box that leads into the bumper . Clean out your air box and replace your air filter if needed . Take a few hours but virtually no cost and save up for a j-pipe and call it done !

Intake with DBW vs Cable throttle bodies will refrlect on -/+ power figures. We are not in those years anymore, so therefor power is restricted unless there's a ECM to control the DBW. Intakes still get good gains, but without a good low cost ECM that doesn't have a lot of debugs, will show good gains under vtec. Just look at the JnR ecu, people with this ECU should chime in and tell the forum what kinds of gains you guys are getting with the ECU. Then all this talk will end with a sticky.
