Meacura....well there is not tuning or fine tuning the TL, unless you have a 07+ where you can run the Hondata and tune the engine...

you can buy the MS3 (Megasquirt) and tune it but not many people have had luck with this

 

Come on Swoosh... thats debatable. KN_TL has an 06 TL and Skier has an 04 both running Hondata... And im working on it for my 04 Accord. If your and 04-06 Auto... a piggyback will be your friend.

Hodata Flashpro allows you to tune your TL to optimum levels. Flashpro only works on the 07-08 TL's and works with these ECU's. 04/05/06 TL's need to get the ECU from an 07/08 to run Flashpro.

 

Here Danglar. This literally took me less than two minutes to find. Google search is your friend. Use it.....if you wanted to use the Hondata flashpro, then you'd need an '07-'08 ecu. Might want to buy new though because the ECU listed is used, so I don't think I'd trust it too much.

No need for hondata all u need is a apexi neo or aem fic with a meth kit. I had my 08 TL type s fine tuned on a apexi neo with all bolt-ons

 

Heh. "all u need" is an AEM fuel ignition controller and a meth kit? Those two things are more expensive than getting a hondata flash.... Plus, the ecu swap/hondata flash don't add any parts to the vehicle, so it's a cleaner install.

Depends on what you're looking for. But yeah you would need an 07-08 ECU and then the tune. Not the easiest route, but it's an option.
