there's been a few people on this site that spayed... however, it was done correctly with a drive by wire module/switch and only with 50 to 75 shots... this engine isn't NOS friendly 'cause of it's high compression...

Moe... do it right by a professional...

Moe, look up a place called bottlefedracing- they know their shit, give them a call. A 70 hp & 70 tq bump all the way from when you spray 'till redline is no fucking joke! DIRTYJOHN has a tl-p on the bottle and smokes GTO's, vids are in the racing forums. If you have timing advancing mods(hondata, stand-alone, etc.) then you cant do it. But if you dont- you will have no problems. Just talk to some pros about your setup first.

just got off the phone with bottlefedracing. they told me that i wouldn't need that flyby wire. but he is gonna get a second opinion from another shop. i have a nitrous express kit capable of like 50-200hp depending on the jets u use. any1 have any info bout where it is best to shoot at? into my aem intake? or intake manifold?

thats a really tricky question. Heres my attemt to answer-

You could spray into your intake pipe, before the throttle body, but then the issue of uneven loads on cylinders arises, cuz the juice might have an uneven amount going into each cylinder, cuz the closest ones can get most of it. Or the issue of pooling(bad).
You could also do a totally custom direct port injection (very expensive) and probably never have a problem for the life of your motor :wish I hope this makes sense, cuz its friday, and I'm already fuct up!
Anyways, I think theres 3 people w/ 3g's spraying into the pipe w/ no reported problems. then theres a guy (no names!) that thought he could do a SC w/ methanol inj., and nitrous. ANd a high boost pulley, i think, and his engine is not with us anymore- rest its soul, HA.
As long as you not trying to spray more than 60~80'ish, then you should be alright w/ this method. There is a bunch of 2g tl on the bottle. Most notoriously, DIRTYJOHN!!! Anyway, good luck. And the guys at bottlefedracing are good people. But good luck!
FUCK- I WROTE A BOOK!

I suggest spraying in the pipe at least 12-16 inches away from the throttle body, I've been using N2O for quite a while and from experience when I used to run the nozzle right on the throttle body (Prelude), cylinder closes to it (#4) tends to run leaner according to how the plugs look and also #1 compared to 2 and 3. Real proof was on the compression test, about 15-20psi lower.

I highly suggest you use a drive by wire, basically a Zex kit(recomended) who all started it, easier install if that matters to you. Not unless you want a switch on your pedal.

Like LudaChris said, Zex is what I would run. Their Nitrous Control Module monitors the A/F Ratio and if its either to rich or to lean then the module won't allow the system to spray. Give Zex a call, they really know their stuff!

NOS is fun.. but factor in the price of you bottle fills over a certain period of time + what you pay for install and just get a blower for an extra chunk of change. Its all preference but once you ride/drive a supercharged car "any supercharged car" NOS will never cross your mind again.
