Need help installing grounding kit!!!!!

Need help installing grounding kit!!!!!
I know some of you guys don't care for the grounding kit. For those that do, I need help installing. I bought a cheap set off ebay and it didn't come with instructions. Anyways, I know someone here said they made their own. Just wondering if any of you guys can give me instructions or a diagram of where each wire goes. Thanks for your help

Didnt work for me initially either....I had to update my Acrobat reader....my PC kept trying to open it up in Acrobat 4.0 (we had the full blown version of it installed here) so I had to right click and download it....save to pc.....and then open acrobat reader to force it to use the latest program and then it displays just fine. Of course...that was after I updated the reader on the PC too to the lastest version. (free)
