Hey guys i was wondering if anybody has the Auto Aspec brake pads and if u do are they really better then the originals, also was wondering if anybody kno a place tha is willin to sell just the pads, thanx

http://stores.ebay.com/Acura-of-Las-Vegas I think Acura of Las Vegas is Scott, I bought my A-Spec Suspension from him and at one time I thought about putting on Aspec pads and he told me to contact him directly if I was ever interested.



But I didn't go the aspec pad route I bought after market bembo CR and Slotted rotors and Axxis Brake pads for my Tl. I haven't had them installed as of yet.

I checked it out with Scott Edwards at Acura of Escondido...yes, there are A-spec performance brake pads out for Automatic Transmission TL models.....They are Scorched Performance Pads and run $124+ship for front pads only. I ordered a set and will let you know. Seems kind of expensive for just front pads? (but hey, if its A-spec, I gotta do it!)

 

why wouldn't u order AXXIS Ulimate brake pads, or one of Axxis other kind of pads? From everything I have been reading Axxis is some of the best, I have a set of AUP and a Brembo C/D and Slotted Rotors just waiting to go on the car.

 

Good question flvol77....not sure....just fruity about the A-spec stuff I guess ...been good to me so far. Actually...after I go through those...I will most likely upgrade the whole system to one of those brembo systems off Comptech or something similar. Putting that off for a bit so I dont break the bank! So I figured I would check out the A-spec pads for a quick fix to my jones! I know there was a lot of talk about them (could you get em/where/ect) so I figured I would give it a shot....
