Finally got my custom Magnaflow quad exhaust and i am happy!! It sounds great and for the price it was def. worth it.

I have #12148 stainless steel mufflers, #35123 chrome double wall Tips and a #10416 resonator, with 2.5 inch piping from the cat to the Y.

All this shipped to my house was $370 and got it installed for $100!!!

Total= $490

The sound kick's in between 2k-3k rpm but so does the drone, not major though.

are you going to put a base aspec bumper on it? these look sick and well worth the price to put quads on the base TL lol

Look kinda long... Like a chick with AK bullet nipples.

 

No different in performance just look's and sound. The tip's no longer stick out cause i have a type s a-spec lip on it now. (Wish i had a digital camera so i can take better pic's and vid's)

Dude... that looks pretty good... I'm thinking about that same setup, prolly go with 3" piping though... and I'd move my tips in more... but it looks pretty good.

I'd like to see this in person and hear it too. I'm torn on what exhaust to get whether it be excelerate's or atlp. But this may be a great cost effective option considering money is tight nowadays.

 

mmmh I don't know man, they did kinda weld the tips too far out... and them tips is way too big...

aside from that looks good

did you just weld mufflers on... cuz it is way too quiet

 

Nice wheels, I have the same exhaust, different tips, love it because it sounds mature.

 

Thanx Ron^^ and Stillhere it's not just the mufflers i have 2.5 inch piping from the cat but yea I'm probably gonna move it in a little but the sound is perfect for me not loud and annoying but nice when u get on it. 3" piping is to big. Your gonna lose lots of torque on the low side. I had 3" on my v8 and it was just right.

 

???? LOL i never said i have 3inch piping. It's 2.5 inch piping from the cat to the Y-split. And i dont feel a lose in torque at all.

 

it sounds wayyyy better in person, try with a different camera, i can hear your TL roaring down the block haha we gotta do a photoshoot or something one day.def one of the hotter TL's around

yea bro u can put the tips as far in or out as you want. thats the best thing about custom i was gonna have them flush with the bumper like type-s tips but i wanted them to be more in your face lol but def. get a custom magnaflow if u cant get ATLP

 

Finally got a video of my Exhaust but it came out like crap the quailty sucks. but i figured its better than nothing. i'll try to get some better vid's soon as well as some drive by vid's.
