hey i have seen your video on youtube before but for some reason after a couple of seconds it starts to chop up the sound. i thought it was my laptop speakers but i viewed other videos and they sound fine. i really want to hear the UN-choped sound of your custom exhaust.

No, it was 100$ to get my pieces welded together (mufflers piping, resonator, tips) which makes up my cat-back. The j-pipe and pre-cats i installed which is fairly simple.

Anyone know where I can get these parts now?
Magnaflow.com does not seem to support Acura TL's. I only see integra and rsx
would the part numbers be the same as they were in 2010?

Part numbers should be the same you can get them at hottexhaust.com, use discount code superhonda or vento. Idk if the discount codes still work but if they dont try to google promotion codes for hottexhaust and you might be able to come up with something else. You'll like this setup, I still love to get into my car a listen to my exhaust while I drive around. only thing i did differently is i dont have any resonators. Its a little loud but i like it, you can see my youtube videos on pervouis page.

lol did you just tell me to get the dual exhaust in the other thread?
I see your point completely, thing is I want performance and sound.
Considering that the whole magnaflow cat back will run me around $500, I have around a $1000 left over. HFPC's and Jpipe from richie seem to be the best bet here.

Tdot performance gave me these prices
12148 - $92.20 ea
35123 - $52.91 ea
10416 - $62.79 ea
I can also do local pickup which is great
That comes out to cheaper then hottexhaust.com right?

Final setup will look like this
HFPC's-->RV6 V3--->magnaflow resonator-->magnaflow mufflers-->magnaflow tips

How does that look?

If I dont plan on doing the PCd's..do you recommend I do the MM delete or will that give me rasp?

With aftermarket piping and stock PCDs it'd be hard to produce rasp I would think. If you get PCDs you will surely have some rasp, if you don't it's unlikely. You won't have the mid muffler anymore once you replace the piping. I wouldn't recommend using stock piping with aftermarket mufflers because there's not much point. I'd just cut out the mm and run it that way if you're doing it for sound purposes only.

+1 sonnick, first you need to decide on performance or sound or even both when doing your exhaust.

Ya at this point Im only thinking sound purposes.
I was going to get the HFPC's and the JPipe and then I read an article about a 26 year old bartender who has two houses already cause she saved 75% of her income (she lives at home). I felt like a real monkey lol All I have is this car and student debt at 24, fml

she was from niagra falls. The story was on msn.com and the torontostar so im guessing its an issolated incident. Saving 75% of your income is unheard of!
