Is there a megan test pipe for the 3g tl?? i was reading a ddescription of a video on youtube it said that there was a megan test pipe connected to an atlp quad, which i thought was unusual cause ive never heard of it and ive done my homework, well atleast about exhaust systems on our cars.

 

Or you can just get a pipe weld two flanges and bam test pipe. Cheapest way to make one...unfortunately exhaust shops will NOT do this mod since it is illegal. Better off going to a performance shop or if you know people.

nope, that would be a "race" pipe.

test pipes such as the megan one, are resonated

 

ok. I always thought of a test pipe/race pipe to be the same thing. Those resonated deals I see on ebay I always called them mini resonators. Guess terminology changes over time.

The megan test pipe is a great part at a great price

BUT... It is only good for someone with a stock jpipe and a stock exhaust

If you swap the jpipe the megan pipe is only 2.25.. So you'll be bottle knecking your exhaust

Richie v6 should be getting a fresh shipment of his products soon, so hold out for it its cheaper
