Making custom exhaust

Hi everyone, Im trying to make a custom 2.5" exhaust. I have a v1 J-pipe and i want eliminate the third cat and start exhaust directly from J-pipe. Im looking for a piece like so,

Does anyone know where i can find a piece similar to this that will fit the j-pipe flange? (All the flanges seem to have different size and shape)

I guess getting the RV6 v3 is out of the question? If your taking it to an exhaust shop, they should be able to mod it to fit anyways.

A good exhaust shop can do pretty much anything you want. Some local ones around me are extremely cheap as well.

Why not cut the flange off and use a slip fit like on the Comptech exhaust?

took it to the shop yesterday and it wasnt a problem,i let them just weld it to the j pipe flange. And saved about 100$ by not buying the test pipe. Its crazy how much a full exhaust system costs for the TL

I agree. I had sticker shock after coming from a Civic and 240sx. But now that I have built a TL, TSX, and G35 its about averge. Tsudo has an awesome sounding exhaust for ~450 shipped
