I just got my k&n filter today, and I must say that I am really suprised at how skinny the filter is compared to the stock paper filter. It is literally 1/2 as thick. Fit is really good though, and there are not any strange sounds as reported with the older part number.
Just thought it was kinda weird...

Also, does anyone have a sound clip of a TL with the air silencer taken out? I wouldn't mind hearing what it is like.
