The thing that I want to know is how many people have caused damage to their electrical systems or ECU's by installing this thing. I mean what actually goes on in that box?

Come on....would you not seriously reconsider buying a product where the marketeer does not even know how to correctly spell TRIPLE? He spells it TRIPPLE.

Outside of that...no...these products on ebay that are sold are complete and udder junk. The claims alone should be enough to tell one that...as already pointed out several times in this thread.

Congrats though...you just asked your first and the A#1 biggest and most popular newbie question on the site...lol. Dont feel bad...many of us have likely asked a dumb question or two in our time! lol And your right...the dumbest questions are those that are not asked! So dont feel bad at all....thats in part what we are all here for...to keep you from wasting your money or at least giving you opinions in advance so you can make an educated decision...so asking is not dumb at all! Just the opposite.

Check that...he also spells TRIPLE....(never correctly mind you)

TRIPPLE
TRIAPPLE

Seems like he cant make up his mind exactly how he spells his own product? Figure that out. His entire verbiage is basically filled with telling you the five or six word name of his product repetitively over and over....and I find it absolutely funny he says its tuned to each and every vehicle...but then lists Acura TL from 1998 to 2008 - which come with different engines with different operating parameters.

God...I love ripping these ads apart....listen to some of the verbiage on the self help guy prompts at the bottom of the page....

120% guarantee? Then say they will return your complete purchase price, freight to and from. Guess what....thats only a 100% guarantee people. They say...thats right...we will pay you to return it. No they wont...they will pay the freight back to return it....you will be left with nothing...so its not like they are paying you anything. And the law of odds would tell any marketeer that if you sell 100 of them....and they all suck.....that only about 30-35% of the people will take the time to return a product under $50. So guess what....its priced below $50.

This ebay ad holds ALL the classic lines and should be used as a picture perfect example of how to legally scam the American public on ebay. Its a tried and true money making scam that works with the law of averages and odds and counts on the fickle American public to make their profits.

Edit..

Ok...now lets ad this little trinket to the mix:

In fact 95% of our customers have ZERO automotive experience! If you can plug in an electrical cord, you can absolutely install your JAWdropper performance module! Keep in mind, if you have any questions, our industry leading factory trained technicians will be at your beck and call, ready to walk you through the install with detailed step by step directions.

I bet 95% of their customers have ZERO automotive experience...lol. Figure the odds!

Mike. You're willing to risk ur car if it works?

Can you imagine if it actually works.

For $30 I'll have a 3rd Gen NBP TL-S with the types S body kit sitting on Ron Jon Lenends. I dont want to list all your mods but for $30 its worth a try.

All jokes aside though it's crap. If it was that easy people will be selling them wholesale.

From What i heard this device tricks ur electrical system into thinking that there's more hp and gas milage when in reality there is none. I bet they even tell you it takes a while for you to see results, so by the time you realize it doent work its too late to return.
