I know dumb question..but anyone get a good set of rotors off ebay? HELP!!

Has anyone gotten a good set of rotors(drilled Slotted) off ebay?

companies like

"cquencemotorsports?"

"trinetmotorsports?"

"topbrakes?"

I would really appreciate the feedback

im really only interested in the fronts, but will change the rear, if and ONLY if I get a good deal...

Thanks guys!!

heeltoeauto.com... you can do build your own brakes... if you are on a budget, get stoptech rotors with hawk pads... best bet in my book

For cars with the Brembo fronts.

RB 2-Peice or use the dropdown box to see the StopTech Slotted OE Replacement for the fronts.

Personally, I'd stick with vendors here. Bought front rotoras, slotted and drilled, from Excelerate. Very satisfied!

no offense but i honestly don't understand why you would try to get a deal/cheap out on brakes... i mean they are one of the most important components on your car unless you don't mind not being able to stop...

i have seen many ebay rotors crack...

lol

maybe i am sending the wrong message...

im not trying to be cheap...

i was just looking to see if anyone actually got them and had a GOOD experience

because i had gotten a good set of drilled/slotted on there before that i was able to use for a while...(on my other car 2001 cl type s)

it was more of an informational search...to see if anyone got them for the 07 tl type s

i have already contacted the vendors here...as well as a couple helpful people on the forum also

I went with the OEM pads. I was originally going to have the stock rotors turned but went with new rotors instead. Come to think about it, I should have bought the pads from Excelerate too. I've got 2,000+ miles and no problems.

i got a set of front and rear drilled and slotted rotors and pads from cquence. put them on, bedded them, and they've been working for me great. the new pads don't have as much bite as the stock brembo pads, but they do not dust NEARLY as much. i am very satisfied with the purchase. plus they look great
