Has anyone in here ever thought about putting together an exhaust thread to see what everyone's whip sounds like? Some of you guys have custom, comptech and other types of exhaust solutions. Some are still naturally aspirated and some are SC'd or Turbo'd. Let's hear what they sound like!!

 

haha as appealing as this appears, it's too hard to gauge the exhaust note like this...everbody would have to have the same type of recorder ....and for the most part we use camera mics so it distorts sometimes or converts the sounds....

i'd love the idea to have everything available via net, but really it's not a reliable method. That's why we create things like meets so you can check out the cars in person and hear things that you might like/dislike

other than that, youtube has a bunch of videos up, but again, they rarely sound the same even if it's the same mod just on two different TL's cuz of camera etc etc
