Exhaust: Stock vs Mid Muffler Delete vs Magnaflow Rears Examples
Hey guys, there's probably enough of these already but I feel like it wouldn't hurt to add a few more examples.
Got a 2008 acura tl-s 6 speed over the summer. After attending to maintenance, my first goal was to get a deeper more noticeable exhaust note. Heres some quick 1st gear pulls:
Video doesn't pick up volume well, and I couldn't record myself as no one around here can drive stick. Stage 3 was a slight increase in volume and slightly different tone, but adding the rear mufflers is when the car becomes clearly not stock anymore in volume and tone. The magnaflows are the absolute limit I would go as it has a noticeable drone but the drone is easily overpowered by the radio, I didn't try it but I may even recommend skipping the stage 3 mod and trying the rear mufflers alone first. Here's some revs:

Thanks College student so the budget for other mods isn't there yet. Apparently the stock quad tips don't play nice with the magnaflows. I was lucky the shop I used had these blue ones laying around.
