in order to prevent hydrolock you shouldnt go through lakes with ur car..... the bypass valve works when the tube on the bottom is totally submerged in water and cant take air in not when a few sprinkles get sucked in......in other words it's useless.

Yes it does but it will not fit your intake. I believe AEM is 3" on all 04-08 TLs

No it is 3.25"

Bypass valves fail because the motor sucks in the cheap foam...

damn guys.... buy it and see how it works first......when you see what it really requires for the valves to actually open n close you'll know its not meant for our kind of application.....unless u plan on submerging the car in water up to or above the filter.
