typically, stock 5AT makes 210-215 whp and the type S makes around 240+ whp. That's SAE corrected. Think the Mustangs read a bit higher than the Dynojets

Where did you pull this number from, without knowing any of the conditions? Do you realize that depending on ambient conditions, the corrected number can be either higher or lower than the actual reading? And this particular dyno was done at Dynolab Inc. in Georgia and it does provide SAE correction.

So far, with the Super flow RAM intake (Weapon-R), light racing wheels exhuast/mufflers, i got 228.76 WHP and like around 212. something to the wheels. I just wanna know, is that good for the mods i have? Should i get the pulley next (stock size)? and im thinking about getting the Supercharger. What other parts i need to support it?
Ok 228.76 fwp & 212 tq? The type of dyno they have is very important, do you remember what type of dyno they use there? Because if it were a dyno dynamics for example, those read like 50% lower then a dynojet dyno. I.E. a 500 hp car may read at 404 to the wheels. Also, the most important thing to remember about dynos is that the number isn't for bragging rights, you wanna just use it to see where you started... Then do upgrades... then dyno again to gauge how much more power you've made after the upgrades.

exactly, I had a fucked up motor and was putting out nearly 300, now with an entire new assembly it's fucking crazy out of boost..... I find it crazy how Al's statement is true even though he is my boy. I can go into boost for 5k miles so I cant try it out and see anyways

I help out at a perforance shop and dyno'd my car stock and with mods on a Mustang (which do read lower than DynoJets). I have a TL-S (5AT unfortunately, damn wife), and did 223 whp stock and 240 after exhaust and intake. My car "flatlined" at 240 and appeared to have pulled timing as my torque dropped off pretty quick at the top. I didn't print my results but I could probably go get them. In the end, I think the numbers that started this thread are legit, but as stated, different dyno = different numbers. I assure you that our dyno is a "heartbreaker", everyone comes in with dreams of big numbers and rarely do they get them - after dyno'ing so many cars, we just kind of smile and nod when they tell us how much whp they're expecting. . .but me being the guy that I am, I always ask what they're thinking. . .kind of gives me an idea about how I'll talk to the guy (or gal). But it does sound like we need a big dyno day meet to sort this all out!

dyno numbers dont mean SHIT. you can(barely) use them only for yourself and your mods, and by barely i mean if you post the corrected for the baseline then uncorrected for the after.

1/4 mile all the way, theres no BS there. only thing is driver ability. not some BS machine with 234234 variables

Agreed. You shouldn't really be so concerned with the number itself, but rather the improvement you get from mods.

I agree with the post before mine. Also to the people getting the UR pulley. Unless you have a 1000 watt amp in your car, get the underdrive pulley. I have one on my 04 5AT and with the AEM V1 my car is a lot stronger, quicker and even with the stock exhaust sounds much better than stock. Can't wait to get mine on the dyno. Anyone wanna guess what kind of numbers I should expect with the intake and underdrive pulley and its an auto.

330whp 298tq .. It all depends on the dyno, you definitely shouldn't be concerned about the number.. it's not like it defines you as a man.. that's what your penis is for..

Or if you're getting the supercharger...my underdrive pulley may be up for sale soon.

I can't get over the difference in how fast my engine tachs since I put the under drive pulley on. I installed it about 3 weeks after I did the CAI and the difference was much more noticeable compared to what I was hearing it would be.

You'll probably pick up around 10-12 whp with the two, so figure around 220 corrected, on a Dynojet. You'll need exhaust mods to get real improvements.
