With the pulley tool, it's really an easy thing to do.

You could always take a road trip to CT and give Josh the job.

Where would I obtain this "pulley tool?" Are you referring to the breaker bar?

Sounds a little scary , but it works flawlessly. Oh and yes this is how I did it on my own vehicle!
installed my UR pulley today, this worked like a charm. TKS

on the 6mt..... theres another procedure.... before doing anything like releasing the drive belt.... put the car in 1st foot on the brakes.....dont pump them just press down once really hard hold it there and have someone crank the bolt off....ive done it like that a few times but it doesnt always work....the blip works all the time lol

I'm really skeptical of the "Blip Method" on the '07/'08's with "one touch start". Don't think the car will "blip" once, but several times.

Everyone that has done this mod: when re-tightening the crank pulley bolt, how hard did you find it to torque the bolt to factory spec? Any tips/tricks?

u tighten it to 80lbs i believe and then crank it a quarter turn more..... my mechanic says just crank the shit out of it.....most people cant turn the bolt to a full 160lbs anyway so between 130-160 is ok
