I'm thinking the 20 on order are people with a little more dough than the average or companies that might have a sponsered show TL car or something. It's like buying those phones on eBay for 600 + dollars months before they are released so you can so called get them before they are sold out. I guess I need numbers and proof of performance before giving someone over 3G's for only a few pics.

It's actually closer to $4,500. And I believe they (Comptech) have ordered 20 units. They don't have 20 sales already.

The previous kit could be had for around $3,200 but that is at cost from what I have been told. However, we didn't have any fancy piggyback fuel/timing controller that you guys have. We only had a voltage clamp.

They assemble the entire kit but they don't make the actual blowers in house. They get them from Eaton.
