Cold air induction..need tune?

I have an '08 TL Type-S..With just an aftermarket cold air induction, the cars tune wouldnt be affected enough to matter, would it?

I plan on leaving exhaust as is and may add cold air and throttle body upgrades if anything.

You dont need to tune it but to get the most out of it it would be nice too. Either way just install it and the stock ECU will compensate a bit for it.

Retune for a CAI on an Acura TL? Simple answer....no.

These types of questions, while common, always slay me!
