Clarification! UR Crank Pulley - is something wrong?

Was hoping someone could shine some light into my situation. I've had the pulley on for a couple thousand miles and it's been doing GREAT! I love the thing. However, I notice, from time to time, the rough downshifts from say 3rd to 2nd; it's definitely gotten better from off the bat when I first installed it. I thought by now the whole "internally balanced" concept would've come into play, hence thought the problem would have been temporary. Could something be slipping? It's a pretty rough shift and it definitely hesitates to get up and going - between the shift and slightly but immediately after...

Thanks ALL!!!

I doubt it's the crank itself slipping...it would have fallen off by now. Never read of a belt slipping, either, but the belt tensioner is self adjusting so wouldn't her to dog it down a little. Read up on it, but the tensioner is the pulley about the diameter of a coke can accessible on the top left of the engine. Think it's the second pulley as you look down.

Is it just on the 3>2 or 4>3 downshifts? Not likely it's the pulley. I hope you don't have the beginning of a bad trans.

^ i hope not! it's just on the "spirited" runs...mainly "quicker" shifts with more gas applied...

The pulley has nothing to do with your transmission and the shifting. It only improves throttle response. The pulley is on the opposite side of the tranny.
