Check Engine light

Looking at getting exhaust for my 07 tl base. My question is will the precat deletes throw any code?

if you install the PCD's correctly, with the defoulers tightened at 90 degrees...NO CEL!

if defoulers are loose or not pointing at the correct orientation, you will get a CEL!
