Cams for 04 TL

Dose any1 out there have a aftermarket cam for the TL?

07 TL-S cams fit, I think RL as well.

i got 07 tl-s. if you want a true aftermarket, you'll have to settle for webcam's regrinds.

what specs will these webcams be? That sounds like a really good idea!

I wonder if delta cams will work em over as well?

you gotta call webcam. it's not on their site. if i remember correctly it's gonna be about 600-700 bucks and it takes 3-4 weeks. if anything you could buy factory cams and send those over to them so your car won't be down for all that time. or you could spend under 400 bucks and get tl-s. i was in a hurry so i got tl-s. i think it was a good investment.

Whats the lift, duration and such on the S cams. And what is advertised, and whats useable lift on them , if you dont mind me asking...

hey guys i noticed someone said the 07 tl-s cams fit?! isnt the new 07 tl-s a 3.5 ltr ? cams are the same? and also....i was thinking and wondering if the 02 cl-s cams would fit the 04-06 TL ...and why did u choose the 07 tl-s cam? im seriously trying to upgrade my car so if anyone w/such knowledge could help me i would really appreciate it!

The TL-s motor is the same series as the 3.2 tl. There is no reason all the internals should be much different, because the motor is of almost identical design. The displacement has little bearing on the different cylinder heads.

i see.. thanks for the reply...but did u notice alot of difference in hp? and did u have to do a valve adjustment after installing the 07 cams? im just wondering if webcams or TL-s ...which is the most for the buck.

you don't have to, you can replace the valve springs which have 2lbs more tension on them or replace the entire head as the type-S has bigger intake valves.
