Best ECU to get?
The only ECU i have come across for this car is the one by JandR, but can I install any ECU? I don't know much about installing chips, but the point I'm making is which ECU can I get that would result in the most power? Thanks

There's nothing for 'chips' and any piggyback is going to be a compromise compared to stock like behavior.
You'll be better to just stick with bolt on parts and continue to learn about your ride. It's not a simple civic, subie or evo with regard to aftermarket availability.
