Basic/minor mods questions

What are some good mods to start with with the 07 tls at? I’ve been reading about different things to open up the car and such. I already have in injen intake, and jpipe. I was looking into the j37 intake manifold and throttle body from heel toe plus doing a tune after that. What are some other good things I can look into? I do not plan on turbocharging or supercharging the car so I’m aware that most mods are not going to get me crazy gains. Just some things to help with low end torque and to open up the car a bit.

im not doing this very soon, right now I’m just getting everything up to date with the car, fluids, bushings, etc.

because of the way the engine was designed; peak torque happens at 6500RPM.
with that in mind, minor bolt on's like the ones you are describing and wanting are not going to drastically improve low end torque...

I'm pretty much fully bolted on and while these bolt on's did increase power throughout the entire power band, one still has to rev it up all the way to 6500-7000RPM to make the power where it was intended to make.
a tune and an intake manifold spacer will help increase mid-range torque but the sweet spot is still up above 5000RPM. VTEC BABY!

my mods include; 4" intake, bored throttle body, ported and polished intake manifold, ported and polished intake runners, intake manifold spacer, RV6 PCD's(running catless) RV6 Jpipe, RV6 Exhaust and a tune to tie everything together.
The tune was the best part! it has made driveability so much better, smoother and I'm not running lean any longer.

my '06 6MT with these bolt ons is quicker than a bolted on automatic type-s, but I dont kid myself.. newer cars with turbos are quicker than I am.

if you're looking for a stop-light to stop light car, this aint it...this car shines on the freeway in the upper RPM range. From 5000RPM to 7000RPM is where I pull on most cars. anything above 60mph is where the car loves to be.
When I am stop light racing, most of the time, I am dead even with the competition until we hit speeds above 60mph...then I pull away.
