Hey guys I got a 2008 acura tl type s, I'm looking into getting my engine machined. I'm new with machining so anyone have any recommendations on what I should add while I get the engine machined.

 

New piston rings and seals and bearings, forged rods, check and balance the crankshaft if it needs it, and build the valve train with your favorite brand. I can't think of anything else...maybe lower the compression by changing the pistons if you plan on boosting it down the road? This won't cheap, but it sounds like you already know how deep you're going to be in it for if you're already looking to machine the engine.
