apex'i ws2 mufflers

so i just finished hanging my mufflers, no pipes attached. i got to adjust the angles slightly after the pipes are all made. what you guys think? sorry the pics are a little blurry, i did a little drinking after i got the mufflers up. i had to take the plastic cover off form under the spare tire well. does anyone know what the purpose of that is for?

i had to angle them out. the mufflers were too long to be straight. even if i got the offset outlets, it would have been too long to fit the mandrel bend to clear the rear sway bar.

Looks great! Is there a smaller size muffler that allows placing it straight back?

i don't think that the N1 style mufflers would match. aesthetically speaking, the oval cans look better on luxury/sport luxury cars. that's just my own opinion. to each his own, and no one is wrong. it's just a matter of preference. the oval mufflers actually absorb more noise so it is quieter too. that's my main concern. don't want my car to be too loud.

I totally agree, but i do not want my mufflers to be at an angle either which gives you the same ricey sports car look that i do not want.....

I saw these mufflers on ebay for 179.99 and was thinking about buying until i saw the angle..

They do look really good though

depending on the diameter of the pipe and the proficiency of the exhaust shop you go to, you might be able to make the offset mufflers come out evenly.
