Anyone with experience in ported intake runners and manifold?

Just spoke with P2R about porting my intake runners and port matching the manifold as well as the throttle body. Anyone have this done and what kind of improvements did you see/feel?

I would just send the intake and runners out to Extrude Hone. That's probably what this other company does anyway.

$450 for what kinda gains? Wouldn't you need to port-match the heads, after doing the runners? Ideally, you'd wanna do the heads too, so you can run bigger valves, and take complete full advantage of the porting

Exactly. Things like this are usually done from the airfilter all the way to the exhaust as each one compliments the other. Generally intake runners outflow the heads so there's not a whole lot to be gained.

& head work is a pretty penny if you are paying someone to do it.
