yea sounds to me like their dyno either was a dynapack or needed some recalibration

^Oh god, here it goes...

Pass427, your post makes no sense. 278hp on run 1. And then 258hp/300tq on run 2. We are talking WHP, right? 300tq w/ 258hp. This is a Honda engine, right?.... Either you've just got the numbers a little jumbled (which is fine, just figure it out and repost the correct ones) or that dyno is incredibly off. I won't be an ass and throw the BS card yet, I think you're just confused a bit.

here it goes as i said b4 i asked him why torque was so high his explanation was that clutch is slipping so torque is gonna be high and hp low thats what he told me so ..

I hope you didn't pay for those runs.
The horsepower is all over the place. 275 at the wheels on a basically stock car. No.
308ft-lbs of Torque @ 2450rpm on a stock Honda motor. No.
Torque higher than HP on the same. No.
You sure you don't have a diesel engine in there?
Serious error there...

I agree with the guy above. Go back and get you money from who ever did this dyno. Regardless of the dyno brand cars don't jump from 229 TQ one run to 308 the next unless your using the bottle. Your car should make less Hp and TQ the more runs you do.

If your clutch is shot, maybe you should dyno the car after the clutch is fixed.

yeah, what's wrong with runs #1 & #2?

275/243

262/230

Maybe a tad high, but looks pretty sweet. Pretty large drop off between runs - no cool down?

Precat deletes are good for mucho HP from all I've read.

IOW- those first two runs don't too whack, do they?

The 2nd run looks true. 262hp, 232trq sounds resonable for a 6spd with those mods. Your car would have done better with a fan cooling your engine down, and going threw your intake, and radiator.

They should've given you another run when the 300lb at 2,400rpm was obviously false. Did it happen to downshift on this run if auto, or did you pop the clutch at the beginning?

And no cooling fans? The stock cooling fans aren't enough to cool the car at WOT while stationary. Any dyno place worth anything supplies fans. I had 3 huge centrufugals running on my intercooler during mine and it still got a little warmer than normal.

That seems like a pretty big diff in #'s even though dynos are touchy if the guy doesn't know how to set it . But , If your clutch is shot then I can understand it.
