Any problems with CAI

Any problems with CAI
Hi, if some of you may not know, I had a bent rod in my engine which ended up in replacing my engine. I just wanted to ask will a CAI mess up the engine or anything else when properly installed (of course I know if it floods big time water can enter engine and hydrolock my engine), but besides that is there anything else that I should know (I don't want to be replacing ANOTHER engine) thanks.
Some things while googling:
Given that you don't have any other modifications, all you're doing is removing one restriction, but maintaining all the rest.
After drivetrain loss, you're going to see, at best, 2-3 horsepower at the wheels.
At best situation, with ideal driving circumstances, you may have increased your 1/4 mile time by .02 second. Which may be thrown off, based on driving ability.
In otherwords, won't do a thing for you.
And that's both dyno and track proven.

if you're thinking cold air intake, you would be wasting your money - they do nothing for power, just make more noise. If you are stubborn and think you need one to be cool, don't waste 250 bucks on overpriced aem stuff, get a cheap *** import for like 25 bucks, it will do the same thing (nothing).

That just a couple, I was trying to find one that made a more valid, eduacated point, but can't seem to find it.
I really want this for the sound and at least 10 HP increase (hopefully)
Also wanted to know about everyone's experience with the ASPEC suspension which I'd like to lower the car a little, or should I just get a Tein Spring
