Air Bypass Valve: Do I need it?

I just purchased the AEM V2 for my 06 TL. I'm out here in Pensacola, FL. I was wondering do I need the Air Bypass Valve? Or would it even fit with this V2; since the V2 already fits snug being that it was made for the Accord.

Funny you just bought that, I just bought the AEM V1 Intake last night.. You dont need the Air Bypass Valve, its not made for the V2..

How much did you pay?
